We believe that going on a vacation should be as carefree as possible! We work hard to ensure that our properties are not only beautiful, but also very functional, with all of the comforts of home. Our kitchens are fully equipped so that if you want to cook, you have everything you need. Whether you want to whip up a tropical smoothie, make a fresh and delicious health bowl, or even bake some muffins, we've got you covered with all the right tools. For the BBQ lover, all of our homes are either equipped with or have access to outdoor grills! We even provide some basic spices and coffee and tea to get your vacation started.
No need to bring all of those extra toiletries with you either! Our bathrooms are all stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hairdryers. And we also have in-suite laundry complete with detergent so you won't have to overpack (unless you want to of course!)

Whether you enjoy the heat of the tropical sun, prefer the brisk winter air, or you love the desert, we have the property for you! All of our properties are bright, modern, and in great locations!
Our Maui location is in the beautiful Palms at Wailea complex in the prestigious area of Wailea. It is within a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches on Maui! The Shops at Wailea are also within walking distance and a great spot to shop and explore, pick up some groceries, and dine to your hearts content.
Our location in Whister is in the exclusive complex of Fitzsimmons Walk. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Fitzsimmons Creek right outside your door! It is also within a 10 minute walk of famous Whistler Village, full of great restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Our newest location in Scottsdale, Arizona is located within 10 minutes of Old Town. It is a 5 bdrm, 4 bathroom bungalow with a backyard oasis for your enjoyment! See the link in the navigation bar to book this professionally managed property.
About Us
Hello and Aloha!
We are Katharine and Brian Archer. We have been enjoying our "semi-retired" life so far and recently decided to start sharing our vacation properties.
Coming from beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada, we have long enjoyed spending time in Whistler. We especially enjoy visiting in the warmer months as we like to cycle, hike, and golf. After owning a few different properties in Whistler, we were thrilled to eventually end up with our property at Fitzsimmons Walk.
In 2022, we added our property in Wailea, Maui. It was a bit of a "diamond in the rough", but it has been a pleasure to make it our own with a full kitchen renovation and modern furnishings.
Our latest addition in the summer of 2023, is a desert beauty located just 10 minutes outside of Old Town Scottsdale.
We are happy to be sharing all of our properties with you and we take pride in providing the best possible experience to our guests.
